We provide tailored supported accommodation to young people aged 16+ who are preparing to live independently. Whether you’re a care leaver, looked-after young person, or a young adult needing ongoing support, we offer a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

We work in partnership with local authorities, social workers, and professionals to ensure every placement is safe, appropriate, and tailored to support each young person’s journey.

Bespoke support packages tailored to individual needs;
Round-the-clock staffing and access to key workers;
Education, employment & training (EET) support;
Life skills coaching: budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and more;
Mental health and emotional wellbeing support;
Positive peer and community engagement;
Regular progress reviews and future planning.
